Terms of service
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the Bookizza appointment booking system and the bookizza.com website. Bookizza is a service for businesses — salons, barbers, groomers, clinics, trainers and others who work by appointment.
1. Scope
These terms apply between Usluge „Ipsilon Solutions“ Andrej Pilipović s.p., Karađorđeva 19, 78000 Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, JIB 4514284550003, which provides Bookizza (“we”), and the business that subscribes to the service (“Customer”). If we sign an individual agreement with you, that agreement takes precedence where it differs from these terms.
The service is intended for businesses, not for consumers.
2. The service
Bookizza is an appointment booking system with an online booking page, appointment calendar, SMS and e-mail reminders, analytics and staff schedules. The exact scope depends on the plan you choose (Start, Salon or Custom), as described on the website or in your offer.
Your clients book through a link you share. They do not need an account or an app.
3. Setup
After we agree, we install and configure the system for you: we load your services, staff and working hours and give your team a short training. Setup usually takes 2–5 working days.
You provide accurate and complete information about your services, staff and hours. Delays in providing it can extend the setup time.
4. Prices and payment
The service is billed as a monthly subscription according to your plan, plus a one-time setup fee. Current prices are published on the website. Prices exclude VAT. There are no per-booking fees.
Subscriptions are invoiced in advance — monthly, or annually at a discount. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. Term and cancellation
The subscription runs month to month. You can cancel at any time with one month’s notice by writing to info@bookizza.com.
When the subscription ends, we export your data and hand it back to you, then delete it from our systems within 30 days.
We may suspend the service if an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder, or if the service is used in serious breach of these terms. We will notify you before doing so whenever possible.
6. Your responsibilities
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
You are responsible for the data you enter about your clients and for having a legal basis to process it, including sending them appointment reminders by SMS or e-mail.
Keep your login details confidential and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Data protection
For your clients’ data we act as your processor under a data processing agreement, which forms part of the contract. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a specific availability level is agreed in writing (for example in the Custom plan). We announce planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.
Support is available in Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian and English. Response times depend on your plan.
9. Intellectual property
The Bookizza software, design and brand remain our property. During the subscription you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business.
Your data remains yours.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or lost bookings.
These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We notify customers of material changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Banja Luka.
