1. Who we are

Bookizza is a service of Usluge „Ipsilon Solutions“ Andrej Pilipović s.p., Karađorđeva 19, 78000 Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, JIB 4514284550003 (“we”, “us”). We run the website bookizza.com and the Bookizza appointment booking system, and we are the controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect on the website

Demo request form: your full name, the name of your salon or business, your phone number or e-mail address, the language of the page you used and the time of submission.

Technical data: to block abuse of the form we briefly keep your IP address in memory. It is not written to a database and disappears within an hour. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build visitor profiles.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your demo request and arrange a call — steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and the corresponding provision of the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina).

To keep the website and the form secure and free of spam — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you leave an e-mail address, we send you a one-off confirmation that we received your request. We do not add you to a newsletter.

4. Cookies

We set a single functional cookie, bookizza_locale, which remembers the language you chose. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking, so it does not require consent.

Fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to font or CDN providers.

5. Who receives your data

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through our e-mail providers (Zoho Mail and Resend). The website runs with a hosting provider. These companies act as processors on our behalf, under contracts that oblige them to protect the data.

Where a provider processes data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina or the EEA, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

6. How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards only as long as accounting and tax law requires.

7. Data in the booking system

When a business uses Bookizza, it stores data about its own clients — for example names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and appointments. For that data the business is the controller and we are its processor: we process it only on the business’s instructions, under a data processing agreement, and only to provide the service.

If you booked an appointment with a business that uses Bookizza and have questions about your data, please contact that business first. We will help it respond.

When a subscription ends, we export the business’s data and hand it back, then delete it from our systems within 30 days.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To use any of these rights, write to info@bookizza.com. We reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority — in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Personal Data Protection Agency; in the EU, the data protection authority of your country.

9. Security

All traffic to bookizza.com is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to do their job, and the booking system is protected by access control and regular backups.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with a new date. For significant changes we notify our customers by e-mail.
